Örtvandring
Den 30e maj kl 14-16 kommer Leila Verlinden @herbaltalks att hålla en örtvandring här på Allsta Gård. Hon kommer leda en enkel vandring genom gården. Vi kommer att lära oss egenskaper om lokala medicinala växter, hur man särskilja dom, och hur man kan använda dom i olika former (t ex som té, för att äta, oljor mm). Vandringen avslutas med tid för frågor över en kopp örtté tillsammans. Man får dessutom en broschyr om fem lokala örter med recept och egenskaper.
Det kostar 375kr att delta. Anmälan sker här som kommentar, i DM, eller sms till 0761365274 senast den 24e maj. Max 20 personer, så först till kvarn. Vid färre än 14 personer kommer det inte att ske. Vi hör av oss den 25e maj till de som har anmält sig med besked om det kommer att ske eller inte.
Mer om Leila: Leila Verlinden har studerat örtmedicin i sex år och har fyra certifikat från tre olika utbildningar över hela världen. Hon har gått kurser i ortomolekylär medicin och har certifikat i örtmedicin för gravida, läckande tarm syndrom, och mikrobiom för barn och gravida. Hon arbetar dessutom som postpartum doula och stödjer familjer under den ofta sköra och känsliga tiden efter förlossningen. Och under de gröna månaderna guidar hon örtvandringar med fokus på medicinalväxter, in och runt Härnösand. Leilas passion är att tillhandahålla praktisk information som är direkt tillämpbar i vårt dagliga liv.

Extremely cozy and peaceful atmosphere. Alex and Jana were amazing hosts, and were helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The included breakfast was delicious and we were also offered a three course dinner in the evening by Jana, who is an outstanding cook! Both meals blew us away and were prepared with fresh ingredients from their garden. The bed was very comfortable and all facilities fresh and clean. The whole place was clearly designed with a lot of thought, care, and style. We especially recommend this place to those looking to visit the nearby High Coast Distillery, which was what brought us to the area. We feel like we lucked out finding such a gem as Allsta Gård, and couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
Fantastic coffee and a crackling fire in an incredibly beautiful modern house built with post and beam construction and clay. I bought some rustic sourdough bread to take home and will return. Child-friendly.
Comfortable B&B with a lot of nature (we spotted twelve moose during the 24 hours we were there). The hosts are prepared to walk the extra mile for their guests. I don’t hesitate to recommend this to people who are visiting the area and need a place to stay.
Allsta Gård is a real gem in a fabulously beautiful landscape. The owners gave an incredibly nice welcome and we felt really welcome. We got to taste the world's best buns and sourdough bread - absolutely unbeatable! We also bought eggs, celery, cabbage, garlic and aronia berries. Everything tasted fantastic, fresh and something completely out of the ordinary. Allsta Gård is a place we highly recommend and will definitely return to.
We were 4 adults staying for 3 nights. We really enjoyed this peaceful an beautiful place! The breakfast was outstanding with eggs, salad and berries from the garden... We felt very welcome and taken cared of! Thank you!
